Music Degree
Alie has studied a large variety of music from Music theory, history and aural skills. They are trained in both classical and commercial vocal techniques. Beginning their time at Otterbein as a voice performance major, Alie has taken a wide array of specialized courses, including but not limited to: Women in Music, American Popular Music, Vocal Pedagogy and Art Song: A Collaborative Process.

History Minor
Coursework includes a deep-dive into American history; History of Sexuality; Global Politics - focusing on International Relations Theory; and other courses.
Fall Semester 2022
URGE Peer Advocate, Team Consent
Starting Fall of 2022, Alie underwent training to facilitate student-lead discussions on consent and sexual violence as a Team Consent facilitator. Responsibilities of an URGE Peer Advocate include meeting with students when they need help and distributing menstrual products to all campus bathrooms.
